Ready to Sell: From Rental to Flipped
This was a 1930s home with a total renovation to bring it to The 21st Century. This Home needed upgrading and repairs inside and outside. We thought an open concept would do the trick to sell this old home for top dollar. The home had the original hardwood floors throughout the home; hard wood floors was added in the kitchen and den/office area, to give the home consistency with the flooring.
The kitchen was the biggest project in this home , because every wants a Great Kitchen; therefore, an island, farm sink, and new cabinets was add with the old upper glass cabinets to give this home some of that antique flare. Cam lights was added throughout the home to brighten it up, so the home can glow in it's beauty. A mix of old and new. The perfect combination. This home still had all of its original glass door knobs, which gave this home the elegance, we was looking for. This home was purchased for $40,000 in 1980 - with the renovations it sold for $360,000. WOW, this home got a very happy home owner and ex-homeowner.
